Jim Kehoe is a graduate of the prestigious Washburne Chef School located in Chicago, Illinois. Jim has served in myriad
executive level culinary positions during his career, including his tenure as Executive Chef with the exclusive
caterer for the Ravinia Music Festival.
In addition, Jim has served as the Director of Culinary operations of over 20 major sports events across the
United States, including the Masters, Buick Open, Royal Caribbean Senior Open, Ford Championship at Doral,
US Open at Bethpage Black, Daytona 500, and the Breeders Cup.
For the past 11 years, Jim has been Partner, Executive Chef, and Managing Director of Premier Sports Catering's (parent
company to Mille Grazie) extensive operations at the nation's oldest sporting event, the Kentucky Derby.
Jim has worked numerous charity events for celebrities such as Michael Jordan and Oprah Winfrey and has also enjoyed
the opportunity to cook for Presidents and other government leaders.
